Compentency applied course in managing restaurant business in food safety, quality assurance and business management aspects.
This applied course was designed in partnership with AFI (Asosiasi Franchise Indonesia), GAPMMI (Gabungan Pengusaha Makanan & Minuman Indonesia), Apkrindo (Asosiasi Pengusaha Kafe & Restoran Indonesia), Bureau Veritas, and also with TUV Sud.
